Student accommodation in North Nicosia: who we are
We are a privately run student residence that accepts female students only. Our building is on Yavuz Selçuk Sokak in Küçük Kaymaklı, an established residential neighbourhood in the northern part of Nicosia where families and students live side by side. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank and cafés are within walking distance, and main roads and public transport stops are a few minutes away.
We are not a university dormitory, so we are not tied to a single campus. If you are comparing a girls' dormitory in Lefkoşa with a quieter student apartment, or searching for a girls' hostel near Near East University that is also close to the city centre, our location sits between the campuses and the city.
Room types
- Single room: the whole room is yours. Best for quiet study, exam periods and your own routine.

We only offer single and double rooms. Furniture details are shared room by room before registration, so you know exactly what is in the room and what to bring with you.
